In-app usage is limited to the session duration; access is restricted to the scope you select during authorization and can be revoked at any time via the application or through HUAWEI ID > Privacy. Data transmission is carried out over secure channels. The mentioned health data are considered special categories of personal data under Article 6 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and are processed with appropriate technical and administrative safeguards. This usage complies with the privacy/security requirements of the HUAWEI Health Service Kit and the AppGallery review guidelines.

Use of Location Data

The Happ Health mobile application may request access to your device’s location information in order to enhance the user’s personalized health experience and support pharmacy visit functionality. This access is used solely through geofence technology to provide notifications or interactions when you approach specific pharmacies or health points. Your location data is never shared with, sold to, or used by any third parties for advertising or tracking purposes. All data is processed only on your device and is not permanently stored on our servers. Location data is used only while the application is active and within the duration of your granted permission. You can withdraw your permission at any time via your device settings or the app’s permission management screen. Happ Health processes location data only with your explicit consent and in compliance with the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), Google Play Developer Policies, and the Google Location Data Policy. The location permission is required to enable essential features of the application, such as verifying pharmacy visits and providing location-based notifications. Your location data is never used for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.
