Welcoming Summer on Kalem Island

Kalem Island, located in the Dikili district of İzmir, hosted a special event focused on health, beauty, and well-being. At the three-day gathering held at Oliviera Private Island Hotel and organized by Yağmur Kalyoncu, Şebnem Dönmez, Ece Vahapoğlu, Aslı Tandoğan, and many other distinguished names came together.

At the event, whose main theme was health and beauty, many topics were addressed, from skin health in the summer months to women’s health, healthy nutrition, sun protection, home healthcare services, and digital health solutions.

At the event, for which Happ Health was the health sponsor, the opportunities offered by Medical Park’s new digital health application, Happ Health, in digital health and home healthcare services were shared with participants.

Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Muzaffer Aloğlu of Medical Park Göztepe Hospital Complex provided information about the home healthcare services offered through the Happ Health application.

Dr. Muzaffer Aloğlu stated that home healthcare services can more easily reach people who have time constraints, experience difficulty reaching a hospital, and especially older people or those who need home care.

Çavuş emphasized that, thanks to online healthcare services, users can obtain specialist physician opinions, access e-prescriptions when necessary, and evaluate treatment options quickly; she underlined that digital healthcare services are an important alternative that facilitates access to healthcare services.

The Happ Health team, which shared the message “Health always” for the guests on the island at Yağmur Kalyoncu’s invitation as part of the event, also expressed its pleasure at supporting health awareness in every aspect of the event.

Health, Beauty, and Entertainment Met at the Same Event

Yağmur Kalyoncu, who organized the event held at Oliviera Private Island Hotel, stated that they aimed to bring health, beauty, and entertainment together throughout the three-day program.

Stating that Kalem Island is a special area with its natural character, sustainability approach, and respect for animals’ habitats, Kalyoncu said that, for this reason, they preferred Kalem Island, where sustainability is emphasized, rather than popular venues.

Kalyoncu stated that they prepared a program in which health, beauty, and entertainment were together for three days and said that many actor and influencer friends also attended the event.

Kalyoncu stated that one of the aims of the event was to raise awareness especially about women’s diseases and cancer, and said that, because it was the summer season, they also wanted to draw attention to skin cancer and HPV.

Yağmur Kalyoncu stated that entertainment also had an important place at the event, but that the main theme was built around awareness and health; she drew attention to the importance of working with reliable names who are experts in their fields when health is concerned.

Kalyoncu stated that they cooperated with the Happ Health Home Healthcare Platform at this point and said that the ability to provide on-site intervention when needed for people with allergies or various health problems, especially in island conditions, is an important advantage.

The health theme at the event was not limited only to medical services. Participants began the day by practicing yoga with Ece Vahapoğlu.
