The use and transfer of information obtained from happ.health's Google APIs to any other application will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

www.happ.health accesses your step count, heart rate, weight, height, BMI and sleep data via HUAWEI Health only with your explicit consent, and processes this data solely for in-app display and personal health tracking purposes. This data is not permanently stored on our servers (processing takes place primarily on the device), is not shared with third parties, and is not transferred across borders by our application. In-app use lasts only for the duration of the session; access is limited to the scope you select during authorization, and you may withdraw your consent at any time from within the app or from HUAWEI ID > Privacy. Transmission takes place over secure channels. Such health data is a special category of personal data under Article 6 of the KVKK and is processed with appropriate technical/administrative measures. This use complies with the HUAWEI Health Service Kit privacy/security requirements and AppGallery review rules.

Use of Location Data

The Happ Health mobile application may request access to your device's location information in order to improve pharmacy visits and your personalized health experience. This access is used solely to provide notifications or interactions when you approach a specific pharmacy or health location using geofence technology. Your location data is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising purposes. The data is processed only on the device and is not permanently recorded on our servers. Location data is used only while the application is open and for the duration you have granted permission. You may withdraw your permission at any time through your device's settings or the app's permission management screen. Happ Health processes location data only with your explicit consent, in compliance with the KVKK, Google Play Developer Policies and the Google Location Data Policy. Location permission is required for the verification of pharmacy visits and the provision of personalized notifications, which are core functions of the application. In this context, your location data is never used for advertising, analytics or tracking purposes.
