What is Happ Health and how does it work? +

Happ Health is a digital health platform that works with specialist doctors from Medical Park and Liv Hospital, offering online doctor, psychologist, dietitian, home healthcare, and check-up services in a single application. Secure video consultations can be made with infrastructure approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health. You can book your appointment via the Happ Health app, consult with your doctor online, and instantly view your e-prescription or report.

What services does the Happ Health app offer? +

Online doctor consultations, online psychologist sessions, online dietitian counseling, home healthcare services, and online check-up packages.

Is Happ Health secure? +

Yes. Consultations are end-to-end encrypted, not recorded, and occur only between you and the doctor. Data is stored in compliance with KVKK and GDPR standards. Our data infrastructure is ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certified. All data is securely encrypted on servers located in Turkey.

How do I book an appointment with a doctor in the Happ Health app? +

From the “Online Doctor” menu in the app, select the specialty and doctor, complete the membership and payment steps, and create your appointment.

What are your service hours? +

Service hours for our specialist psychologists, dietitians, and doctors on Happ Health vary by specialty. All our experts provide services between 09:00 and 24:00.

How can I cancel or change my appointment? +

You can cancel or change your appointment from the “My Appointments” section in the app. Transactions are free up to 2 hours before the consultation.

What are the rules for changing or canceling appointments? +

Changes can be made within the periods specified in the user agreement. Fees for canceled appointments are refunded within a few days depending on your bank.

How are appointment reminders or notifications sent? +

Notifications are sent via the Happ app 1 day and 15 minutes before your appointments.

What are the processes for booking and charging follow-up appointments? +

If your doctor defines a follow-up appointment, you can book it for free via Happ within the specified period.

What should I do before an online consultation? +

Check your camera, microphone, and internet connection. Be ready in the app 5 minutes before the consultation.

What if I experience a technical problem during the consultation? +

If you experience a technical problem, you can call our call center at 0216 606 42 77 or reach us via WhatsApp. If the issue cannot be resolved, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled.

What happens if the doctor does not join the consultation without prior notice? +

If your doctor does not join within 15 minutes, the system will notify you. If the consultation does not occur within 1 hour, your appointment will be canceled and your fee refunded.

Who are the doctors, and are their credentials verified? +

All doctors work within Medical Park and Liv Hospital, have verified diplomas, and are certified specialists approved by the Ministry of Health.

How can I access my examination documents after a doctor consultation? +

You can access your examination form, prescription, and reports filled out by your doctor from the Past Appointments section.

Can I get a prescription or report at the end of the consultation? +

Yes. Doctors can issue e-prescriptions and reports when necessary.

How does an online doctor consultation take place? +

Online doctor consultations are conducted via secure video connection through the Happ Health app or website. At your appointment time, simply log in to your account and click the “Start Consultation” button. You can communicate directly with your doctor and complete your examination remotely.

Can an online doctor issue a prescription? +

Yes. Happ Health doctors can issue e-prescriptions when necessary. After your appointment, you can access your e-prescription from the “My E-Prescriptions” section on the Happ Health app or website.

Are my prescriptions covered by SGK? +

No. E-prescriptions created via Happ Health are not covered by SGK. You can obtain your medications from pharmacies for a fee.

Who is home healthcare suitable for? +

Home healthcare is suitable for people with limited mobility, elderly individuals, or users who prefer home care. Services such as nurse support, IV tracking, and blood collection are provided at home by professional healthcare teams.

What is an online check-up and how is it done? +

An online check-up is the process of having your test results evaluated digitally by doctors. All tests are performed in laboratories, results are uploaded to the Happ Health app or website, and interpreted by a specialist physician. This way, you can easily monitor your health status online.

How can I choose my therapist? +

In the Happ Health app, you can easily choose the therapist that best suits your needs and preferences. By clicking on each expert psychologist’s profile, you can learn about their specialty, experience, and approach, and select the most suitable therapist for you.

What is a psychological test? +

Psychological tests are scientific measurement tools used to assess individuals’ emotional, mental, and behavioral characteristics. The tests applied in the Happ Health app help users better understand themselves and assist expert psychologists in planning the support process accurately. All tests are conducted by competent clinical psychologists in accordance with scientific standards.

Can I be diagnosed based on the results of psychological tests? +

No. Psychological tests are not used for diagnosis. These tests are used to understand the individual’s current state and to plan the psychological support process. Only medical doctors such as psychiatrists have the authority to diagnose.

How is payment made for Instant Doctor Consultation, and is insurance valid? +

Payments are made securely via credit card or digital wallet through the Happ Health app. Transactions are protected by the 3D Secure system. Private health insurance and SGK are not valid.

Can I book an appointment for my family members? +

Yes. You can create appointments for your family members or children via the Happ Health app. After adding your family members using the “Add as Relative” option in your profile, you can select a doctor or specialist for the relevant person.

Can psychologists prescribe my psychiatric medications? +

No. Psychologists do not have the authority to prescribe psychiatric medications. Only specialist psychiatrists or authorized general practitioners/psychiatrists can prescribe medication. If you want psychological support in the Happ Health app, you can consult with psychologists, and if medication is needed, you will be referred to a psychiatrist.

How is the security of the Happ payment system ensured? +

Payments are made with the assurance of Mobilexpress. The infrastructure is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and protected by fraud prevention systems.

Is there a payment method other than credit card? +

Payment can be made by credit, debit, or virtual card.

Is there an installment payment option? +

Installment options for health expenses vary by bank. Please check with your bank for details.

Can I submit a health insurance claim via Happ? +

You can access your examination form from the Past Appointments tab and complete the insurance claim process by submitting it with your invoice.

How is the refund for a canceled appointment processed? +

The fee for canceled appointments is refunded to your bank as soon as possible, depending on your bank.

Can I transfer my hospital data to the Happ app? +

Yes. Thanks to e-Nabız integration, your hospital data can now be automatically transferred to the Happ Health app.

How is my data protected? +

All your personal and medical information is stored encrypted and not shared with third parties.

Are consultations recorded? +

No. Consultations conducted via Happ Health are never recorded. All sessions take place only between the client and the specialist, and data is protected in accordance with privacy principles.

How can I register for the Happ Health app? +

You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play, or register via the Happ website. You can create your membership by entering your name, email, and phone information.

Is membership paid, do I need to enter a credit card? +

Membership is completely free. A credit card is only required when booking an appointment.

Can I use Happ in an emergency? +

No. Happ should not be used in medical emergencies. In such cases, call 112.
