How Does My Health Card Work?

The Health Card is a loyalty program exclusive to Happ Health members. After joining the app, you earn hearts for every healthcare service payment you make. When your accumulated hearts reach 20, your Check-Up reward is unlocked, and you can book your free appointment directly through the app.

For every successful healthcare service payment made via Happ Health, 1 heart is automatically added to your account. You can earn hearts across all service types. Your earned hearts are displayed instantly in the “My Health Card” section.

Once you reach 20 hearts, your Check-Up reward is automatically activated. To use it, simply select your hospital and choose an available appointment date in the app. After completing the process, your Check-Up reward and appointment details will appear in the “My Orders” section.

Yes. Earned hearts are valid for 12 months. Hearts that reach their expiration date are automatically removed from your account. You can track all heart activity in the “My Health Card” screen.

Check-Up rewards are valid at our partner healthcare providers, Medical Park and Liv Hospital. During the appointment booking process, available hospitals in your city will be listed automatically.

You can view your earned hearts and active Check-Up reward in the “My Health Card” section of the app. You can easily access this area by tapping the orange heart icon on the home screen.

Yes. If your payment is refunded or the transaction is canceled, the heart earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted from your balance. This ensures the loyalty program remains fair and transparent.
